Want to sample some of the best BBQ in the state of Texas? Then we’ve got the festival for you!
The Texas Monthly BBQ Festival is less than two weeks away and we are proud to say that we will be attending this year’s event courtesy of Texas Monthly! The annual festival celebrates some of the award-winning magazine’s latest list of, “Top 50 BBQ Joints in Texas,” as well as live music on the day of the festival by The Suffers and Al Dressen’s BBQ Playboys. The official event kicks off on Saturday, November 2nd, with “‘Cue Course,” followed by, “Franklin & Friends,” that same day. Unfortunately, those events are currently sold out… However, the main festival takes place on Sunday, November 3 at the Long Center for the Performing Arts at 1pm for general admission and Noon for VIP ticket holders. Along with early entry, VIPs get a pair of complimentary drink tickets, an annual subscription to Texas Monthly Magazine and a special Texas Monthly gift.
